Great rub for grilling Tex Mex, brisket, steaks, ribs, and chicken. It brings out a rich taste from the meat; we don't even use sauce because the flavor is perfect with the dry rub alone. We use 1 tablespoon on each side (1 lb meat), or you can season just one side. No need to salt or pepper. We know you'll be lickin' your fingers and calling us for more!
